iFixTechRepairs Policy
1. Diagnostic Fee:
- We DO NOT charge a diagnostic fee for assessing issues with your device.
- The diagnostic fee is $0.
- The fee can be applied towards the total repair cost if you choose to proceed.
2. Driving Service Fee:
- We charge a flat-rate fee of $25 to drive to your location and fix your device on the spot.
3. Repair Cost Estimate:
- A detailed estimate of repair costs will be provided before initiating any work.
- Additional costs may arise if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process.
- We will inform you and seek approval before incurring any additional charges.
4. Turnaround Time:
- We aim to complete repairs within a time frame we will specify with you.
- Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Warranty:
- All repairs come with a 30 warranty covering parts and labor.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling or unauthorized repair attempts.
6. Data Protection:
- Customer data privacy is our priority.
- We take necessary measures to protect and preserve customer data during the repair process.
- We may ask you for your device password on certain repairs to test or shutdown a device, or to check if parts are working properly such as phone service signal, face id, touch id, front & back camera, and flashlight.
7. Payment Policies:
- Payment is accepted through Debt Card, Cashapp, or Venmo.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the repair.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made 30 minutes before the scheduled repair.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of the total repair will be applies if not cancelled within the specified time.
9. Customer Communication:
- We will provide regular updates on the status of your repair via calls or text.

10. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting devices for repair.
- Remove any passwords or security locks to facilitate the repair process.
11. Dispute Resolution: – Any disputes or concerns should be brought to our attention promptly. – We are committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
12.Liability:
- iFixTechRepairs is not responsible for further damage on a device if a technician or employee gives a verbal disclosure on a repair that could possibly further damage your device.
13. Environmental Responsibility: – We dispose of electronic waste responsibly and in compliance with environmental regulations.
14. Refuse Service: – We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
